Welcome

Dear Eisenhower Students and Families,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! We are excited to begin another year together under our theme: Passport to Success – Students will Lead, Learn, and Design their Future. This theme reflects our shared belief that every student at Eisenhower has the ability to grow, lead, and create the future they imagine for themselves.
In year one of our three-year plan, we made measurable progress:
-
Increased overall achievement in Math and ELA by more than 2%, putting us halfway to our goal of a 5% gain in all tested areas. In Science, we increased achievement by close to 5% in one year, achieving the three-year goal. For Science, we will focus on a new 5% achievement score for the next two years of our plan. This success is the direct result of the dedication, expertise, and hard work of our outstanding staff and the focus, effort, and determination of our incredible students.
- Achieved 2,500 volunteer hours, thanks entirely to our dedicated parents and families, whose support made a visible difference in academics, behavior, and school climate.
- Strengthened our culture of belonging and high expectations, resulting in stronger attendance, increased engagement, and improved student leadership opportunities.
This year, year two of the plan, we are aiming even higher:
- 3,000 volunteer hours to keep parent and family partnership at the heart of student success.
- Continuing to close achievement gaps while pushing every student toward excellence.
- Expanding opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and student voice both in and out of the classroom.
To our students: This is your year to take charge of your learning, set high goals, and believe in your ability to succeed. We will help you master essential skills, discover your strengths, and find ways to lead in the classroom, in activities, and in our community.
To our families: Your partnership is one of the most powerful drivers of student success. We invite you to stay connected, encourage growth, and join us in school activities. Volunteer, support at recess, or help in our hallways. Talk with your student about what they are learning, and celebrate their progress.
We believe in collective efficacy—the idea that when we work together, we can achieve incredible results. Eisenhower is a place where #KidsLearnatIKE—socially, emotionally, and academically. With your dedication, effort, and belief in what’s possible, this will be our most successful year yet.
Let’s make 2025–2026 a year of growth, leadership, and lasting success. Together, we will inspire, educate, and prepare every student for success in high school and beyond.
With pride and excitement,
Dr. G
