To sign-up for athletic participation at Cascade High School:
- ASB payment and Athletic Participation Fee payment can be done online or at the school. Directions for Online Payment, here.
- Sports Physical Form - Must be updated every 2 years
- If you believe you qualify for free/reduced lunch be sure to fill out the CEP application (this must be completed every school year) here: CEP Application This will provide the necessary information for waived ASB/sports fees.
