For 25 years, our district employees have led the way in our community by giving through the Employee Giving Campaign. Your generosity has had a positive impact on our students, families, and our community. Thank you for your continued support! This year's campaign will end on Friday, November 7th!
EMPLOYEE GIVING CAMPAIGN FAQ’s
3 Ways to Donate!
1. Give directly to the EPS Foundation by enrolling in monthly Payroll Deductions.- 100% of your gift will go directly to support Foundation programs.
- Your gift will continue until you notify Payroll to cancel.
- Complete the EPSF Employee Payroll Deduction form and send it to payroll@everettsd.org
2. One-time donation to the EPS Foundation.
- Make a one-time gift to the EPS Foundation supporting our students, families & staff.
3. Give to the United Way of Snohomish County
Enroll in monthly payroll deductions to United Way (12 pay periods). This gift must be renewed every year. United Way payroll deductions start in January 2026. You will have an option to designate your gift to your favorite non-profits, such as Cocoon House, Dawson Place, or the YMCA.
- To enroll in United Way payroll deductions or make a one-time gift with credit card- Complete this Workplace Giving Pledge Form online.
- To make a donation by check, complete this Pledge Form and interoffice to the EPS Foundation at the CRC. Attn: Michelle Nims.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ALREADY GIVING THROUGH PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS? It’s easy. Just check your pay stub.
- If it shows United Way, you are donating through United Way. You will need to renew your gift. Payroll deductions will start in January.
- If it shows EPS Foundation, you are giving directly to EPSF. You don't need to renew your gift. Please consider increasing your gift to help meet the needs of our students and families!
