Everett Public Schools Summer Academy 2026 Information
Summer Academy Registration starts Monday, March 9, 2026. Deadline for registration is Friday, April 24, 2026.

Middle School Summer Academy focuses on exciting and engaging math and English Language Arts content for current 5th through 7th grade students. Academic lessons include math problem-solving and foundations as well as literature through close reading and novel studies, to help students build foundational skills needed for the next year.
Bridge to Accelerated 7th Grade Math is a course for current 6th grade math students. The 7th grade math content from Accelerated 6th Grade Math will be taught along with necessary skills for success in Accelerated 7th Grade Math. Students currently enrolled in Accelerated 6th Grade Math who want to revisit key concepts and skills and build confidence for Accelerated 7th Grade Math next year are encouraged to talk to their teacher about the Bridge to Accelerated Math Academy.
Middle School Summer classes are located at Eisenhower Middle School from Mon-Fri July 6 thru July 24 from 8:30am - 12:00pm. In-person summer programming is free to in-district students. Transportation and meals are provided.

AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination and it is a year-long class that teaches students the fundamentals of college and career readiness. Students will learn helpful skills such as note-taking and collaboration through various interactive lessons and activities. AVID placement involves an application and interview. More information, including AVID informational assembly, to come.
