Enrolling for Fall 2025?
-
Everett Public Schools is in the process of implementing a new online student enrollment system, Synergy OLR, during the summer of 2025. We expect the new system to be available in late July or early August.
To submit an enrollment packet after June 15, 2025 and before the new system goes live, please download the full enrollment packet that applies to your child's 2025-26 grade level.
Each packet contains online fillable PDF files. You can fill them out and save them to your mobile device or computer.
Once you have completed the packet, email it and any required documents to: enrollment@everettsd.org.

Have Documents Ready
-
Scanned or photographed copies of your documents can be uploaded. This can save you a trip to the school office. If you do not have electronic copies of your documents, you can still register online; you will just need to bring your documentation in to the school to complete your enrollment submission. It is helpful if you are using your phone to enroll online to take pictures of your documents with your phone before you begin.

First Grade Enrollment
-
All children enrolling in first grade must be 6 years old by midnight on August 31 of that school year. This is the state uniform entry age.
If your child is born after August 31 and before November 1 of that school year and has successfully completed a state-approved kindergarten program of 1,000 or more hours, you can enroll your child in first grade following these steps:
- Parent/guardian completes top portion of First Grade Early Entrance Waiver Request form.
- Your child’s state-approved kindergarten program completes the remainder of the form and sends it with a copy of your child’s final progress report to: Community Resource Center – P-5 Early Learning Programs - Attention Jodi Madison by June 30
- Parent/guardian emails proof of age and recent proof of address to Jodi Madison at jmadison2@everettsd.org by June 30.
- The placement will be provisional until the thirtieth calendar day following the student’s first day of attendance. A final determination of placement will be made at that time.
