Alana Dewing is a Cascade High School junior. She is currently on the Cascade High School swim team and has been a district finalist for the past two years. She is an active member of the Bruin community and has held many leadership roles, including the Associated Student Body and the annual food drive. Her teachers describe her as an intelligent, compassionate, self-motivated leader who has her peers’ interests at heart. She joined the school board to lead with empathy, curiosity, and an action-oriented mindset. She genuinely listens to create solutions that benefit her fellow students and their families for years to come. She will serve a two-year term as a school board representative through 2026-27.
