• Update on ParentVUE activation emails: ParentVUE activation emails have been sent to all families. Some parents/guardians received more than one email with activation codes. If you were sent multiple emails, use the link on the latest one you received. Parents/guardians who activated their ParentVUE account before Thursday morning, July 31, did not receive any additional emails. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we launch the new student information system.

  • ParentVUE is your one-stop online portal to stay informed and involved in your student’s academic journey. With real-time updates and easy access to key information, ParentVUE helps you support your student every step of the way. 

    2025–2026 Student schedules for secondary students and homeroom teacher assignments for elementary students will be available in ParentVUE and StudentVUE on Friday, August 22, 2025, after 4:00 p.m. 

    Activating your ParentVUE account

    Parents/guardians were sent an activation email with instructions to set up their ParentVUE account on July 29, 2025. 

    Check your inbox for an email from Synergy Mail (synergy@everettsd.org) with the subject line "EPS New Student Info System Login." 

    Follow the instructions provided in the message.  Check out step-by-step instructions for activating your account.

    If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Still can’t find it?     Open a Help Desk ticket to request a ParentVUE activation code. 

        


    What is the difference between ParentVUE and ParentSquare?
    We know the names are similar, but ParentVUE and ParentSquare provide two different important functions. ParentVUE gives families access to important student information. ParentSquare is where all communication from schools, teachers and the district is squared away.

    How will students access their information?
    StudentVUE will be available to students on August 22, 2025 after 4 PM.  Students will be able to log into StudentVUE the same way they have accessed Canvas and Gradebook in the past. To log in, students click on “Grades and More” on their school’s website.
